How do I return products to USA-BIZ-COACH.com?
You can return any purchased product (book, DVD, etc.) to us in its original packaging or in its original condition. Just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us. How do I return defective/damaged items and get a refund?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please send the defective/damaged item in a secure packaging back to us. Attach a short note stating the reason for return, your order number, put the product in a secure package and send it to us via a reliable courier or mail. We will promptly issue you a full refund after you have returned the damaged or defective product, including the shipping costs. Please note that we will provide a refund facility only for products bought from our website.
Within what time period do I have to return the product?
You need to return any product bought from our store within a period of 60 days from the receipt of the shipment.
How and when will I get my refund?
Upon receipt of your package with the item in it, we will initiate the refund process. Depending on the value of the item and the payment option used to pay for the order in the first place, we will do the refunds.

USA-BIZ-COACH.com strives to maintain high levels of educational standards. We guarantee the quality of the training courses we offer. For settling genuine complaints, we adhear to the following refund policy:
Fees once paid for any of the online training courses will not be refunded.
However, your fee could be adjusted against any other product or offered USA-BIZ-COACH.com service provided the particular training course for which the amount has been paid for has not been accessed by the due date.
No refund claims will be accepted on any of the online training courses once the online course has been paid for and has been accessed by the student.
All content and course matter present on the USA-BIZ-COACH.com Website is the sole property of the Arcadium Group LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without the explicit written consent of the Arcadium Group LLC.
USA-BIZ-COACH.com issued user IDs and Passwords are strictly non-transferable. In case of any misuse of our copyrighted material, access to purchased training courses will be deactivated without prior notice.
Purchased training courses will be periodically deactivated after the completion of the normal course tenure. This is six months (180 days) from the date of course activation in case of Customized Courses, and three months (90 days) in the case of Basic Courses. Exceptions will be allowed, where candidates email their requests for further time, provided such requests are made before the end of the normal course tenure. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
